The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, selecting a site and preparing materials; s2, preparing a colored cement grouting material; s3, mixing and paving colored asphalt concrete; s4, grouting: spreading a colored cement grouting material on the surface of the colored asphalt concrete, and mixing by using a towed grouting mixing spreader; s5, maintenance: traffic is strictly closed in the early stage, and rainwater washing and dirt blocking of pores are prevented.
