Novel carbon-sequestration calcium silicate board and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a novel carbon-sequestration calcium silicate board and a preparation method thereof, and the calcium silicate board comprises the following components by mass: 65-75% of magnesium slag, 10-20% of fly ash, 5-10% of fiber and 3-8% of a reaction auxiliary agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1, grinding magnesium slag to obtain pretreated magnesium slag for later use; step 2, putting the pretreated magnesium slag, fly ash and fiber into a stirrer according to the proportion, uniformly mixing, then adding a reaction auxiliary agent and water, and continuously stirring to prepare slurry; thirdly, the slurry is pressed and formed through a slurry flowing plate making machine, a pressed and formed plate is dried, and a water-containing plate is obtained; and 4, the dried water-containing plate is placed in CO2 carbonization maintenance equipment, carbon sequestration maintenance is conducted under the CO2 gas pressure, and the calcium silicate plate is obtained. The prepared calcium silicate board is compact in texture, high in surface hardness, high in shear resistance and low in water absorption rate.
本发明提供一种新型固碳硅酸钙板及其制备方法,按照质量百分比,所述硅酸钙板包括如下组分:镁渣65‑75%、粉煤灰10‑20%、纤维5‑10%和反应助剂3‑8%。制备方法包括如下步骤:步骤一,将镁渣粉磨得到预处理后镁渣,备用;步骤二,按照比例将预处理后镁渣、粉煤灰和纤维放入搅拌机中混合均匀,再加入反应助剂和水继续搅拌,制得浆料;步骤三,将所述浆料通过流浆制板机压制成型,将压制成型的板材进行烘干处理,得到含水板材;步骤四,将经过烘干处理后的所述含水板材放置于CO2碳化养护设备中,在CO2气体压力下进行固碳养护,得到硅酸钙板。本发明制备的硅酸钙板质地紧密,表面硬度高,抗剪切能力强,同时吸水率低。
