The invention belongs to the technical field of sewage treatment, and particularly relates to a conductive ceramic membrane as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The invention provides a conductive ceramic film. The conductive ceramic film comprises a substrate and a conductive film layer which are sequentially stacked, the conductive film layer is made of antimony-doped tin dioxide, copper oxide and zinc oxide. According to the invention, antimony-doped tin dioxide is used as a conductive filler, and copper oxide and zinc oxide are added, so that agglomeration of antimony-doped tin dioxide conductive layer particles can be further inhibited, and the conductivity and corrosion resistance of the conductive ceramic membrane are further improved.
