The invention discloses a noctilucent landscape type plastic runway which comprises a base layer, a concrete layer is arranged at the upper end of the base layer, a rubber particle layer is arranged at the upper end of the concrete layer, a heat insulation layer is arranged at the upper end of the rubber particle layer, a water-resisting layer is arranged at the upper end of the heat insulation layer, a fluorescent layer is arranged at the upper end of the water-resisting layer, and a paint layer is arranged at the upper end of the fluorescent layer. A plurality of marking lines are uniformly distributed at the upper end of the fluorescent layer in parallel, and the paint layer covers the upper parts of the plurality of marking lines.
