The invention discloses a pasture biogas raw material collecting device which comprises a moving frame, a collecting tank, a discharging pipe, a feeding hopper, a feeding assembly and the like, wheels are rotationally connected to the front side and the rear side of the lower portion of the moving frame in a bilateral symmetry mode, the collecting tank is connected to the top of the moving frame, the discharging pipe is connected to the front side of the bottom of the collecting tank, and a plug is clamped to the lower portion of the discharging pipe. A feeding hopper is connected to the rear side of the top of the collecting tank, and a feeding assembly is arranged on the rear side of the moving frame. An inclined plate moves backwards to shovel up excrement on a pasture, then the excrement falls into a feeding frame on the rear lower side, an output shaft of a double-shaft motor rotates to drive a lower side cylinder to rotate through a belt wheel and a second flat belt, the lower side cylinder rotates to enable a first flat belt to rotate, and therefore the excrement can be conveyed into the feeding frame; and then the excrement falls into the feeding hopper through a discharging opening in the front side of the feeding frame, and the excrement in the feeding hopper falls into the collecting tank along with the excrement.
