The ice surface cleaning device is reasonable in structural design, convenient to use and easy to operate, the ice surface cleaning work can be automatically completed, manpower and material resources are saved, and the ice surface cleaning efficiency is improved; rotating power is provided for the circular saw teeth through the first motor, meanwhile, the rotating power is provided for the rolling wheels through the first motor, and therefore the purpose of saving energy can be achieved; and as the rotating speed of the circular sawteeth is the same as the walking speed of the rollers, ice breaking can be more uniform and sufficient, and the ice surface cleaning effect is improved.
