The invention relates to the technical field of cast-in-place pile construction, and discloses an over-pouring cast-in-place pile inter-pile soil and pile head breaking construction method.Soil layer excavation is carried out from the area with the large cast-in-place pile spacing to the area with the small cast-in-place pile spacing, when the soil layer cannot be directly excavated due to the fact that the pile spacing is too small, the soil layer between cast-in-place piles is broken through a pile driver, and the pile head of the cast-in-place piles is removed; then the soil body is transported to an open area of the foundation pit to be cleaned; then, two annular cutting seams are cut in the positions, close to the bottom of the foundation pit, of the pile head through an annular cutting device; then, the concrete between the two annular cutting seams is broken and removed, and then the reinforcement cage is fused in the circumferential direction through a welding gun; and afterwards, the pile head is hung through a crane, then the pile head is sawed down from the cast-in-place pile along the fusing seam of the reinforcement cage, and then the sawed-down pile head is hung out of the foundation pit. The construction method has the effects that soil between piles can be rapidly removed, the pile heads of the cast-in-place piles can be rapidly broken, and the construction efficiency is improved.
