The invention discloses a method for green covering of an exposed rock slope through a moss ecological blanket. The method comprises the steps that firstly, a first steel mesh protection layer is hung on the exposed rock slope through a U-shaped fixing piece, and a working area is obtained; 2, a filling material is sprayed to the uneven area of the working area through a spray gun so that the uneven area can make contact with the first steel mesh protection layer; thirdly, matched degradable fiber cloth is installed in the area, with the filler, of the working area; and fourthly, a moss ecological blanket is arranged in the working area, and green covering operation on the bare rock slope is completed. According to the method for applying the moss ecological blankets to green the bare rock slope, the working area is directly subjected to green covering operation through the matched moss ecological blankets, the preparation part of the ecological blankets can be directly subjected to green covering installation after being completed in a manufacturer, the field green covering time is saved, and the production efficiency is improved. Compared with the prior art, the green covering rate can be effectively improved, the occupied time of roadways of workplaces is shortened, and the requirement of modern production for efficiency is better met.
