The invention belongs to the field of civil engineering structural design, and relates to a steel reinforced concrete column-steel beam fabricated structure locally adopting ECC. A prefabricated steel reinforced concrete column in the steel reinforced concrete column-steel beam assembly type structure locally adopting ECC is formed by a core H-shaped steel column in the prefabricated steel reinforced concrete column, longitudinal steel bars located on the outer side of the core H-shaped steel column and stirrups through concrete pouring.
