The home elevator steel structure well comprises a steel structure frame, a profile frame and a well bottom plate, the rear side of the steel structure frame and the rear side of the profile frame are both installed on the well bottom plate, and the contact side of the steel structure frame and the contact side of the profile frame are connected into a whole through vertical profile stand columns; the steel structure frame comprises a plurality of module units and a non-standard module, each module unit and the non-standard module respectively comprise a left side coaming, a right side coaming, a leaning beam and a U-shaped guide rail support base plate, the two ends of the U-shaped guide rail support base plate are fixed to the inner sides of the side coamings respectively, and the leaning beam and the two side coamings are connected into a whole through the U-shaped guide rail support base plate to form a stress body. The hoistway is reasonable in structural design, compact in space, high in strength and free of ring beam requirements for a building, the building does not need to pre-embed a bearing beam, constraint on site conditions is reduced, meanwhile, the occupied space of the beam frame and the ring beam is reduced, the space utilization rate is increased, the building cost is saved, and safe operation of traveling cables is ensured through the arranged wire grooves.
本发明公开了一种家用电梯钢结构井道,包括钢结构框架、型材框架及井道底板,钢结构框架与型材框架的后侧均安装在井道底板上,钢结构框架与型材框架的接触侧通过竖向型材立柱连接成一体;钢结构框架包括多个模块单元和一个非标模块,各模块单元和非标模块均包括左右两块侧围板、靠梁、U型导轨支架基板,U型导轨支架基板的两端分别与侧围板的内侧固定,靠梁和两侧围板通过U型导轨支架基板连接成一体,形成受力主体。本发明井道结构设计合理、空间紧凑、强度高、对建筑无圈梁要求、建筑也无需预埋承重梁,减少了对现场条件的约束,同时减少梁架和圈梁的占用空间,提高了空间的利用率,节约了建筑成本,设置的线槽,确保随行电缆的安全运行。
