The invention discloses a simple construction reserved hole plugging formwork mounting structure which comprises a construction reserved hole, a bottom formwork with the area larger than that of the construction reserved hole is arranged on the lower side of the construction reserved hole, and a plurality of square timbers are arranged on the upper side of the construction reserved hole and the bottom surface of the bottom formwork correspondingly. A screw rod penetrates through the bottom template and the square timbers on the upper and lower sides; and the square timbers on the upper and lower sides are fastened by the upper and lower sides of the screw rod through strip-shaped nuts respectively. The invention further discloses a mounting structure and a mounting method of the simple construction reserved hole plugging formwork. The method can effectively solve the problem that a template is not easy to erect at the reserved hole in the existing floor construction, and is convenient in material taking, high in repeated utilization rate, free of a large amount of manpower, simple, practical and good in effect.
