Delivery window
A delivery window is characterized in that the delivery window is composed of an outer box body 1, an inner box body 2, an outer window door 9 and an inner window door 7, the outer window door 9 is fixed to the outer end of the inner box body 2 through a hinge 17, an air shower 3 is arranged in the outer box body 1 and connected with an air cavity 4, the air cavity 4 is externally connected with a high-pressure air pipe 5, and an exhaust port 10, a centrifugal fan 11, an air suction port 13, a one-way valve 14 and an electronic air pressure sealing valve 15 are integrated in the outer window door 9. A casing pipe type telescopic structure is adopted, so that the box body of the delivery window is lengthened, the hydraulic rod pushes the inner box to extend outwards and pulls the inner box to contract inwards, the extended outer box and the inner box are sealed through a sealing rubber strip, and after contraction, the inner box and the outer box are sealed through an outer box sealing rubber strip. A plurality of rows of air shower nozzles are arranged on the periphery in the delivery window outer box to directionally blow and wash delivery objects, the delivery objects can be conveniently dragged through rolling shafts on the inner box and the outer box, meanwhile, the delivery objects can be suspended, dead-corner-free blow washing is achieved, an exhaust port, a centrifugal fan, an air suction port, a one-way valve and an electronic air pressure sealing valve are integrated in the outer window door, and when the air shower nozzles wash the delivery objects, the centrifugal fan works, and the delivery objects are blown and washed. The purging air is guided, sucked into and discharged out of the delivery window in order, and the electronic air pressure sealing valve can be automatically opened and closed according to instructions, measure air pressure and adjust the air pressure in the delivery window.
一种传递窗,其特征在于传递窗由外箱体1、内箱体2、外窗门9、内窗门7组成,外窗门9通过铰链17固定在内箱体2外端上,外箱体1内有风淋喷头3连接气腔4,气腔4外接高压风管5,外窗门9内部集成有排气口10、离心风机11、吸气口13、单向阀14、电子气压密封阀15,外窗门9安装在内箱体2上,本发明采用套管式伸缩结构,从而加长传递窗的箱体,通过液压杆推动内箱向外伸长和拉动内箱向内收缩,伸长后的外箱与内箱之间由密封胶条密封,收缩后,内箱与外箱通过外箱密封胶条密封,传递窗外箱内四周设置多排风淋喷头,定向吹洗传递物,内外箱上的滚轴便于拖动传递物,同时也能架空传递物,实现无死角吹洗,外窗门内集成有排气口、离心风机、吸气口、单向阀、电子气压密封阀,当风淋喷头冲洗传递物品时,离心风机工作,将吹洗空气有序引导、吸入、排出传递窗,电子气压密封阀能够根据指令自动开关、测量气压、调节传递窗内气压。
