The invention discloses a method for curing low-level organic waste liquid incineration pyrolysis ash, which comprises the following steps: S1, stirring the low-level organic waste liquid incineration pyrolysis ash, adding tap water or low-level waste water in the stirring process, and continuously stirring after the addition is completed to obtain a component A; s2, dead burned magnesium oxide, monopotassium phosphate, mineral powder, borax, sodium hydroxide and a water reducing agent are stirred and mixed, and a component B is obtained; and S3, mixing and stirring the component A and the component B to form cement mortar, and curing the cement mortar to form a cement solidified body. The cement solidified body prepared by the preparation method provided by the invention has high inclusion capacity (20-50wt%) on pyrolytic ash, meets the requirement of GB 14569.1, and can realize whole-process treatment of low-emission organic waste liquid.
本发明公开了一种固化低放有机废液焚烧热解灰的方法,包括以下步骤:S1:将低放有机废液焚烧的热解灰进行搅拌,并在搅拌的过程中加入自来水或低放废水,加入完成后继续进行搅拌,得A组分;S2:将重烧氧化镁、磷酸二氢钾、矿粉、硼砂、氢氧化钠、减水剂搅拌混合,得B组分;S3:混合搅拌A、B组分形成水泥灰浆,并将所述水泥灰浆进行养护形成水泥固化体。通过本发明提供的制备方法的制备的水泥固化体对热解灰有较高的包容量(20~50wt%),满足GB 14569.1的要求,可以实现低放有机废液的全过程处理。
