The work plan of the construction machine can be created on the display part of the server by using the information of the construction machine and the information held by the server. The work plan may be transmitted to the construction machine. Therefore, the dependency of the working quality and/or working time of the construction machine on the proficiency of the operator is reduced, so that the working quality can be improved while the working time is shortened.
