The piling mechanism can carry a plurality of sand stabilization units at the same time, before the sand stabilization units are not inserted into the desert, the conical tips of the sand stabilization units are coated with fixing agents through the smearing mechanism, the fixing agents can be liquid agents with bonding and fixing effects, and the fixing agents can enable the sand stabilization units to be firmly fixed into the desert after the sand stabilization units are inserted into the desert; and the multiple sand stabilization units can be firmly inserted into the desert in sequence through the piling mechanism and the smearing mechanism, so that the effect of controlling the desert environment is achieved.
