The invention discloses a connecting structure and method for a concrete-filled steel tube column and a steel joint and a transition connecting component, the transition connecting component (30) comprises a supporting plate (31) and a transition structure (32), the supporting plate is arranged perpendicular to the axial direction of a steel tube (11) of the concrete-filled steel tube column (10) and is connected with the steel tube and the steel joint (20), and the transition structure extends in the axial direction of the steel tube and is connected with the steel tube and the supporting plate. The transition structure is arranged to be capable of crossing the cross section of the steel pipe, and the supporting plate is provided with a first pouring hole (311) allowing pouring forming of the steel pipe concrete column. The supporting plate can uniformly transfer force to the steel pipe in the axial direction through the transition structure stretching across the cross section of the steel pipe of the concrete-filled steel tubular column, and the transition connecting component and the concrete-filled steel tubular column can be integrally formed through the first pouring hole, so that on one hand, the steel joint can be connected to the concrete-filled steel tubular column in an equal-strength mode; on the other hand, operation is convenient, and attractive appearance is ensured.
