The invention discloses a steel bar staggered connecting device and a connecting method thereof. Threads are arranged in a connecting sleeve, so that the friction force between steel bars and the sleeve can be effectively increased, and the connecting reliability is enhanced; limiting through grooves are formed in the connecting sleeves to limit the positions of the steel bars, it is guaranteed that longitudinal ribs of the steel bars are clamped into the limiting through grooves, transverse ribs (namely external threads of the steel bars) of the steel bars are tightly combined with internal threads of the connecting sleeves, and friction force is increased. The extrusion inserting rods are made of high-strength steel, the stress performance of the steel bars is fully utilized, and the two steel bars are extruded towards the two sides of the connecting sleeve so that the steel bars can not slide out of the connecting sleeve easily. The problem that an existing steel bar connection mode is inconvenient to use in steel bar connection of the fabricated building is solved.
本发明公开了一种钢筋交错连接装置及其连接方法,其连接套筒内设螺纹可有效增大钢筋与套筒的摩擦力,增强连接可靠性;连接套筒的内部设有限位通槽以限制钢筋位置,保证钢筋的纵向肋卡入限位通槽中,钢筋的横肋(即钢筋的外螺纹)与连接套筒的内设螺纹紧密结合,增大摩擦力;挤压插杆采用强度高的钢材充分发挥利用钢筋的受力性能,将两钢筋分别朝向连接套筒的两侧挤压以保证钢筋不会轻易滑出连接套筒。本发明解决了现有钢筋连接方式在装配式建筑的钢筋连接中使用不便的问题。
