The invention discloses a hidden knob fingerprint lock mechanism which comprises a profiling handle, a fingerprint module, a handle operation concave table, a handle fixing support, a lock shaft mechanism and a lock plate, the handle operation concave table is provided with a handle concave cavity, the handle fixing support is provided with a shaft cavity, and the handle operation concave table is fixedly connected with the handle fixing support; the fingerprint module is arranged on the front end face of the profiling handle, the rear end of the profiling handle is fixedly connected with the lock shaft mechanism, the profiling handle is arranged in the handle concave cavity, the lock shaft mechanism stretches into the shaft cavity to be rotationally connected with the handle fixing support, the lock shaft mechanism is provided with a telescopic pin, and the side wall of the handle fixing support is provided with a locking hole matched with the telescopic pin. The fingerprint module controls telescoping of the telescopic pin, and the lock plate is fixedly connected to the tail end of the lock shaft mechanism. The linkage structure, the fingerprint module and the handle are integrated, the structure is simple, and the occupied space is small.
