The invention relates to the field of thermal insulation materials, in particular to a density aerogel production method which comprises the following steps: S1, producing light aerogel through aerogel equipment; s2, inorganic fibers are sprayed through fiber spraying equipment; s3, uniformly conveying the light aerogel and the electrodeless fibers into a mixing chamber through a pipeline for re-atomization treatment; s4, the atomized product is conveyed into a single peristaltic pump, an expanding agent is added, the product is mixed again in the peristaltic pump, the expanding agent gives full play to the expansion performance of the expanding agent, and the light aerogel and the inorganic fiber are fully mixed to form fiber aerogel; and S5, discharging the fiber aerogel from the peristaltic pump. In the invention, the fiber aerogel is good in strength, good in hydrophobicity, strong in sealing property, moderate in volume weight and good in heat conductivity coefficient, the application range of a traditional single material is integrated, and the fields which cannot be applied by the two single materials are increased.
本发明涉及保温隔热材料领域,具体为密度气凝土生产方法,其包括以下步骤:S1、通过气凝土设备生产出轻质气凝土;S2、通过纤维喷涂设备喷涂出无机纤维;S3、将轻质气凝土和无极纤维通过管道统一输送到混合室内进行重新雾化处理;S4、将经过雾化处理后的产品输送到单一蠕动泵内并加入膨胀剂,产品在蠕动泵内再次进行混合,使膨胀剂充分发挥其膨胀性能,轻质气凝土与无机纤维得到充分混合形成纤维气凝土;S5、纤维气凝土从蠕动泵排出。本发明中,纤维气凝土强度好,憎水性好,密封性强,容重适中,导热系数好,综合了传统单一材料的适用范围,又增加了二者单一材料所不能应用的领域。
