The invention provides a real-time deviation rectifying device and deviation rectifying method for steel truss girder dragging construction, and the deviation rectifying device comprises a force transmission frame, a supporting seat, a range finder, a jack, a sliding plate piece and an elastic limiting device; the supporting base is installed on an external supporting structure through a force transmission frame, the distance measuring instrument and the jack are arranged on the same side of the supporting base at intervals, the fixed end of the jack is connected with the supporting base, and the movable end is connected with the sliding plate piece. The elastic limiting device is arranged between the range finder and the jack and comprises at least two sets of limiting structures, the limiting structures are arranged at intervals in the connecting line direction of the range finder and the jack, and each limiting structure comprises a connecting bolt, an adjusting nut, a limiting spring and a limiting shaft. According to the deviation rectifying method obtained based on the deviation rectifying device, transverse swing of the steel truss girder in the dragging construction can be accurately limited, it is ensured that the steel truss girder advances in the designed direction in the dragging construction, stress of the bridge piers is reduced through mutual cooperation, and the bridge piers are protected.
本发明提供一种钢桁梁拖拉施工实时纠偏装置及纠偏方法,其中,纠偏装置包括传力架、支撑座、测距仪、千斤顶、滑板件和弹性限位装置;支撑座通过传力架安装在外部的支撑结构上,支撑座的同一侧上间隔设置有测距仪和千斤顶,千斤顶的固定端连接支撑座,活动端连接滑板件;弹性限位装置设置在测距仪和千斤顶之间,其包括至少两组限位结构,至少两组限位结构沿着测距仪和千斤顶连线方向间隔设置,每一限位结构均包括连接栓、调节螺母、限位弹簧和限位轴。基于上述的纠偏装置得到的纠偏方法,可以较为准确的限制拖拉施工中钢桁梁的横向摆动,确保拖拉施工中钢桁梁按设计方向行进,并通过相互合作减小桥墩的受力,保护桥墩。
