The invention relates to an efficient river water intake of a water source heat pump. A water intake is an important link of a surface water source heat pump. Compared with a conventional water chilling unit and a cooling tower, the water source heat pump has the energy-saving advantage that low cooling water can be obtained without the cooling tower. Two factors of water temperature and water quality of cooling water are important for efficient and energy-saving operation of a water chilling unit (a heat pump). The turbidity and hardness of river water are obviously higher than those of circulating cooling water. The water taking opening with the filtering pretreatment function is elaborately designed to serve as a preorder of water treatment, large garbage is blocked outside the water taking opening, intercepted large floating objects need to be removed conveniently, and operability is high. The triple-filtration water intake is small in resistance loss, has the function of cleaning the filter screen, and is suitable for application scenes that the water quality is good, and the average value of the turbidity of river water is 50-80 all year round.
本发明涉及一种水源热泵的河水高效取水口。取水口是地表水源热泵的重要环节。水源热泵相比常规冷水机组+冷却塔节能的优势在于不需要冷却塔即可获取较低的冷却水。冷却水的水温和水质两个因素对于冷水机组(热泵)的高效节能运行都很重要。河水通常浊度、硬度明显高于循环冷却水。精心设计带有过滤预处理功能的取水口可以作为水处理的一个前序,将较大的垃圾拦在取水口外,清除拦截的较大漂浮物要方便,可操作性强。本专利设计了一种三重过滤的取水口,阻力损失小,并有清洁过滤网功能,适应于水质较好,河水浊度常年平均值在50~80之间的应用场景。
