The irrigation-free afforestation water collecting device comprises a bottom plate, a water collecting tank, a water producing assembly and a collecting assembly, the water collecting tank is installed on the outer wall of the top end of the bottom plate, the water producing assembly is arranged on one side of the water collecting tank, and the collecting assembly is arranged on the outer wall of the top end, located on one side of the water producing assembly, of the water collecting tank; a water inlet pipe is welded to the center of the outer wall of the top end of the water collecting tank in a penetrating mode, and a mounting pipe is fixed to the top end of the water inlet pipe and communicates with the water inlet pipe. The water production assembly facilitates water production through air condensation, the yield of water in the arid region is increased, water used for irrigation is sufficient, the collection assembly enables a water receiving cloth bucket to be unfolded, rainwater collection is facilitated, rainwater is stored through a water collection tank, rainwater utilization is facilitated, and the rainwater utilization efficiency is improved. A water pump, a first water pipe, a second water pipe, a drip irrigation head and a water suction pipe are arranged, a drip irrigation method is utilized, water in a water collecting tank is dripped on planted plants, the water consumption is reduced, and the plant drip irrigation effect is better.
