The fabricated beam-column joint comprises a longitudinal column component and a beam component transversely extending from one side face of the column component, the beam component is provided with a front end face, a top face and a bottom face, the top face of the beam component is provided with a first groove extending from top to bottom, and the bottom face of the beam component is provided with a second groove extending from bottom to top. The first groove and the second groove extend forwards to penetrate through the front end face of the beam component, the first groove is provided with a first rear end face, and the second groove is provided with a second rear end face; the column component is provided with a rear side face, and a vertical first connecting plate is installed on the rear side face of the column component. The first rear end face and the second rear end face are each provided with a vertical second connecting plate. The first groove and the second groove are each internally provided with an energy consumption component, each energy consumption component comprises an energy consumption plate and buckling-restrained plates arranged above and below the energy consumption plate, the front end of each energy consumption plate is hinged to the first connecting plate, and the rear end of each energy consumption plate is hinged to the second connecting plate.
