The invention discloses a steel reinforced concrete column and steel beam node which comprises H-shaped steel frames which are vertically arranged in a staggered mode, an angle steel plate is arranged at the connecting position of the two H-shaped steel frames and fixedly connected with the H-shaped steel frames through locking bolts, and square cavities are formed in the side walls of the H-shaped steel frames. The square cavity is filled with a plurality of collision balls, each collision ball is composed of a hard plastic hemisphere and a soft rubber hemisphere, and a plurality of metal protruding points are arranged on the side walls of the hard plastic hemispheres and the soft rubber hemispheres. By arranging a large number of collision balls, when vibration force is transmitted to the I-shaped steel frame, kinetic energy of vibration can be transmitted to the collision balls, the collision balls are made to collide with one another to move, the vibration kinetic energy is greatly reduced, meanwhile, soft rubber hemispheres of the collision balls can absorb a large amount of collision kinetic energy when expanding, and the collision force is reduced. In this way, the shearing acting force of the I-shaped steel frame on the locking bolts can be reduced, and the service life of the locking bolts and the steel beam joint is prolonged.
