The invention discloses a double-curved-surface S-shaped bare concrete wall construction method which comprises the following steps: a design analysis step: analyzing a space structure of a wall through BIM modeling, 3D printing and finite element analysis, and dividing an arc-shaped section of the wall into a plurality of local sections; the outer mold comprises an outer mold panel and an outer mold back frame, the inner mold comprises an inner mold panel and an inner mold back frame, the outer mold panel corresponds to the inner mold panel in shape, the horizontal section of the outer mold panel and the horizontal section of the inner mold panel are each in an arc shape protruding outwards, the outer mold panel and the inner mold panel are bent inwards and outwards in sequence from top to bottom, and the outer mold panel and the inner mold panel are bent inwards and outwards in sequence from top to bottom; and the vertical sections of the outer mold panel and the inner mold panel are S-shaped. The curved surface of the double-curved-surface S-shaped bare concrete wall is integrally formed at a time. Through comprehensive analysis of factors such as plasticity, safety and economy of a template material, a one-time integrally-formed S-shaped curved surface template material is researched and selected, and hyperboloid change is carried out along with a structural curve. One-time pouring forming of concrete is guaranteed, and the fair-faced concrete effect is achieved.
本发明公开了双曲面S型清水混凝土墙体施工方法,包括以下步骤:设计分析步骤:通过BIM建模、3D打印、有限元分析,分析墙体的空间结构,将墙体的弧形段划分为若干局部段;模具制作步骤:制作外模和内模,外模包括外模面板和外模背架,内模包括内模面板和内模背架,其中,外模面板与内模面板形状相应,外模面板与内模面板的水平截面均为朝外凸的弧形,外模面板与内模面板自上而下依次朝内、朝外折弯,使外模面板与内模面板的竖向截面呈S型。双曲面S型清水混凝土墙体曲面一次整体成型。通过对模板材料塑性、安全性、经济性等因素综合分析,研究选用一次整体成型“S型”曲面模板材料,且随结构曲线进行双曲面变化。保证混凝土一次浇筑成型,达到清水混凝土效果。
