Metal is welded through radiation energy generated when a laser welding emitter works, so that gas in a heat conduction cavity expands and then drives a limiting plate to move, and the effect of controlling the heat dissipation intensity according to heat and temperature changes in the welding process is achieved; and meanwhile, overturning of the limiting plate is achieved through conduction of ultrasonic waves, then airflow in the welding table is made to circulate, the effect that high-temperature gas generated when the welding table works is dissipated in time is achieved, high-temperature gas gathering is reduced, and the safety in the welding process is remarkably improved.
