Preparation process of quartz ceramic
The quartz ceramic is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 80-110 parts of silica powder, 10-15 parts of barium carbonate, 7-16 parts of titanium diboride, 12-15 parts of aluminum nitride, 11-13 parts of boron nitride, 1-5 parts of zirconium oxide, 4-8 parts of silicon nitride, 3-8 parts of ceramic powder, 5-8 parts of silicon carbide, 1-4 parts of sodium bicarbonate, 2-5 parts of antimony trioxide, 2-7 parts of a binding agent, 3-8 parts of reinforcing fibers and 3-8 parts of a quartz coating. The surface of the ceramic product is wound and connected with the reinforcing fibers composed of the glass fibers and the graphite fibers, and the inner sides and the outer sides of the reinforcing fibers are coated with the quartz coatings respectively, so that the wear resistance and the corrosion resistance are enhanced, and the protection capability on the surface of the quartz ceramic is further enhanced; and after the quartz ceramic product is crushed, the reinforcing fibers can have an adhesion effect on fragments, so that the fragments are prevented from flying out, and meanwhile, the fragments are conveniently collected.
本发明公开了一种石英陶瓷的制备工艺,由以下重量份的组分制备而成:硅微粉80~110份、碳酸钡10~15份、二硼化钛7~16份、氮化铝12~15份、氮化硼11~13份、氧化锆1~5份、氮化硅4~8份、陶瓷粉3~8份、碳化硅5~8份、碳酸氢钠1~4份、三氧化二锑2~5份、结合剂2~7份、加强纤维丝3~8份、石英涂层3~8份。本发明在陶瓷产品的表面缠绕连接了由玻璃纤维和石墨纤维组成的加强纤维丝,且在加强纤维丝的内外侧分别涂刷石英涂层,加强耐磨性能和抗腐蚀性能,进一步加强对石英陶瓷表面的保护能力,在石英陶瓷产品破碎后加强纤维丝会对碎片起到粘连的效果,避免碎片飞出,同时还方便对碎片进行收集。
