Fabricated sheet-pile composite pavement structure penetrating through permafrost region of Qinghai-Tibet Plateau
The invention discloses an assembly type sheet-pile composite pavement structure penetrating through a permafrost region of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. The assembly type sheet-pile composite pavement structure comprises fixing piles, pile caps and a surface layer. The fixed pile comprises an outer pile, an inner pile is embedded and fixedly connected in the outer pile, and a core pile is detachably connected in the inner pile; a plurality of reinforcing piles are slidably connected to the side wall of the inner pile, one ends of the reinforcing piles penetrate through the outer pile and are fixedly connected with a frozen soil layer, and the other ends of the reinforcing piles abut against the outer wall of the core pile; the pile cap is fixed at the top end of the fixed pile; the surface layer is fixed at the top end of the pile cap and comprises a planking layer fixedly connected with the top end of the pile cap, and a pavement is laid at the top end of the planking layer; the planking layer comprises a plurality of supporting plates arranged in an array mode, the supporting plates are fixedly connected with the pile caps, and the adjacent supporting plates are fixedly connected. The sheet pile composite structure disclosed by the invention is simple to construct, low in construction difficulty, high in combinability with a frozen soil layer, high in stability, high in frost heaving and heat sink resistance to the frozen soil layer, small in ecological influence on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau area and beneficial to promotion of road network construction in the frozen soil area of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.
本发明公开一种穿越青藏高原多年冻土区的装配式板桩复合路面结构,包括固定桩,桩帽和面层;固定桩包括外桩,外桩内嵌设固接有内桩,内桩内可拆卸连接有芯桩;内桩的侧壁滑动连接有若干加强桩,加强桩一端贯穿外桩并与冻土层固接,加强桩的另一端与芯桩外壁抵接;桩帽固定在固定桩的顶端;面层固定在桩帽顶端,面层包括与桩帽顶端关固接的铺板层,铺板层的顶端敷设有路面;铺板层包括若干阵列设置的支撑板,支撑板与桩帽固接,相邻的支撑板固接。本发明公开的板桩复合结构施工简单,施工难度低,与冻土层的结合性强,稳定性高,对冻土层的冻胀和热沉抗性高,对青藏高原地区的生态影响小,有利于青藏高原冻土区的道路网络建设的推进。
