By arranging the emergency mechanism, when a vehicle enters a sandpit, wheels sink into sand, the speed of the vehicle is slowed down, the speed reduction effect is achieved when the vehicle runs on a slope formed by the buffer plate, then the vehicle retreats along the buffer plate and enters the sandpit to be static, and therefore accidents are prevented, traffic jam and vehicle damage are reduced, and the safety of the vehicle is improved. And the time of traffic participants is saved.
