The invention discloses a pushing device for small steel box girder construction, which comprises a lifting device for lifting a steel box girder and a bridge support for placing the lifting device and the steel box girder, a support guide rail is fixedly mounted on the bridge support, and the extension length of the support guide rail is consistent with the displacement distance required for mounting the steel box girder; a main frame body used for installing a lifting device is arranged on the supporting guide rail, and the main frame body and the supporting guide rail are in transmission connection through a driving gear and a rack which are meshed in a matched mode. According to the scheme, in the installation process of the steel box girder, the steel box girder can be installed at a constant and stable moving speed, repeated contact between the steel box girder and the pier is avoided, and the phenomenon that the steel box girder and the pier are damaged due to excessive collision is reduced; and meanwhile, the deviation adjusting mechanisms capable of synchronously running are arranged on the main frame body, so that deviation adjustment and deviation correction are carried out in the stable moving process of the steel box girder, and the accuracy of the mounting position of the steel box girder is guaranteed.
