The blades can rotate under the blowing action of wind, the rotation of the blades can enable the piston rod to reciprocate downwards and upwards, the piston rod moves downwards to suck water in a ditch into the cylinder body through the one-way liquid inlet pipe, the piston rod moves upwards to discharge the water in the cylinder body through the one-way liquid outlet pipe, and then the water is discharged into a paddy field. Therefore, drainage work is completed, and the effects that wind can be used for conducting drainage on the paddy field, power consumption can be reduced, and the ridge of the paddy field can be prevented from being collapsed are achieved.
