The problem that the river bottom sludge cleaning effect is poor is solved, the river bottom sludge is conveniently scattered and cleaned, the phenomenon that the sludge is adsorbed to the inner wall of equipment is avoided in a spiral conveying mode, and the river bottom sludge cleaning effect is improved.
