Water conservancy and hydropower gate lifting device
The water conservancy and hydropower gate lifting device comprises a gate seat, the gate seat comprises two limiting piers which are vertically and symmetrically arranged, supporting legs are vertically arranged at the top ends of the limiting piers, the supporting legs and the limiting piers form a stepped supporting platform, a transverse plate is fixedly connected between the tops of the supporting legs, and the supporting legs and the transverse plate jointly form a gate frame; a gate assembly is arranged in the gate frame; sliding grooves are formed in the supporting legs, and the sliding grooves are in sliding connection with the gate assembly. A lifting mechanism used for lifting the gate assembly is installed on the top face of the transverse plate. According to the designed gate and the corresponding lifting mechanism, multiple positioning is conducted on the gate, and the risk that after the gate is lifted or fixed to a certain position, a brake motor is damaged, and consequently the gate falls is avoided.
本发明公开了一种水利水电闸门提升装置,包括闸门座,闸门座包括两个竖直对称设置的限位墩,限位墩顶端均竖直设置有支腿,支腿与限位墩形成台阶式的支撑平台,支腿顶部之间固接有横板,支腿与横板共同形成闸门架,闸门架内设置有闸门组件;所述支腿的内部开设有滑槽,所述滑槽与闸门组件滑动连接;横板顶面上安装有用于提升闸门组件的提升机构;本发明设计的闸门及对应的提升机构对闸门的定位做了多重定位,避免了闸门提升以后或者固定在某一位置以后对刹车电机的损坏导致闸门下落的风险。
