The invention discloses a pile foundation karst cave treatment method under the volcanic ash geology, which comprises the following steps: before pile foundation construction under the volcanic ash geology, ascertaining the condition of a karst cave under the volcanic ash geology; a filler is prepared, the filler comprises a base material and an auxiliary agent, the mass of the auxiliary agent accounts for 3% of the mass of the base material, and the base material comprises 10 parts by mass of quick lime, 16 parts by mass of clay, 30 parts by mass of rubble and 18 parts by mass of water; when a drilling machine drills into the volcanic ash geological karst cave, the filler is thrown and filled into the volcanic ash geological karst cave; and after the slurry surface in the pile hole is stable, the drilling machine continues drilling to complete pile foundation construction. The problem that the construction cost is high due to the fact that concrete over-filling treatment is adopted for the karst cave in existing karst area pile foundation construction is solved.
