Method for slope solidification and protection by using solidified soil prepared from lake and reservoir bottom mud
The invention discloses a method for slope solidification and protection through solidified soil prepared from lake and reservoir bottom mud, and belongs to the fields of dredged bottom mud resource utilization, slope protection engineering and water conservancy and hydropower engineering. The preparation of the solidified soil comprises the following steps: adding 75-250kg of a curing agent (consisting of cement, zeolite powder, a water reducing agent, a slurry hanging agent and an accelerator) into each cubic meter of sediment, and mixing and stirring the curing agent and the dredged sediment to prepare the high-flowability sediment solidified soil. And then the bottom mud solidified soil is grouted to the side slope in a pumping mode. And finally, grass seeds are sown on the surface of the solidified soil slope for protection. The lake and reservoir bottom mud is used as a main body of the slope protection material, resource utilization of the waste bottom mud is achieved, environmental pressure is relieved, and meanwhile natural resources such as gravel are saved. The solidified soil is good in flowing property, convenient to construct, good in mechanical strength and capable of resisting washing of water flow with the high flow speed. The slope protection mode can create a good ecological environment for animals and plants, and development of biological diversity is facilitated.
一种利用湖库底泥制备固化土进行边坡固化与防护的方法,属疏浚底泥资源化利用、边坡防护工程和水利水电工程领域。固化土的制备是按照每方底泥中加入固化剂(由水泥、沸石粉、减水剂、挂浆剂和速凝剂组成)75‑250kg的配比,将固化剂与疏浚底泥混合搅拌,制成高流动的底泥固化土。然后将底泥固化土使用泵送方式注浆到边坡上。最后在固化土边坡表面撒播青草种子进行防护。本发明使用湖库底泥作为边坡防护材料的主体,实现了废弃底泥的资源化利用,减轻了环境压力,同时节省了砂石等自然资源。固化土流动性能好,施工便捷,固化土力学强度良好,可抵抗较高流速的水流冲刷。护坡方式可为动植物营造良好的生态环境,有利于生物多样性的发展。
