The problem of underpinning during transformation of an existing structure is solved, the bracket is erected on the existing side wall, damage to a platform plate within the temporary vertical supporting range is avoided, the space for pedestrians below can be reserved by adjusting the height and width of a bracket platform, transformation and dismantling work on an existing pipeline is reduced, and the influence on operation is reduced to the maximum extent; in addition, aiming at the problem that temporary supporting columns cannot be erected in a penetrating mode when an upper-layer structure is transformed, and internal force transmission is not facilitated, the problem can be effectively solved by introducing a bracket system and transmitting the internal force of the transformation range structure to the existing side walls on the two sides.
本发明公开了一种新型既有结构的托换装置及其施工方法,将竖向支撑形式调整为空间斜撑形式,通过轴力伺服系统支撑头,支撑头通过承载梁对结构板进行支撑,利用支撑头的加卸载进行托换。托架通过横梁、斜撑及竖撑焊接而成,通过固定螺栓安装在侧墙上,根据托换范围分层分段架设。解决了既有结构改造时的托换问题,托架于既有侧墙上架设,避免了对临时竖撑范围内站台板的损坏,通过调整托架平台高度及宽度,可保留下方行人空间,减少对既有管线的迁改拆除工作,最大限度减小对运营的影响;另外,针对上层结构改造时临时支柱无法贯通架设的问题,不利于内力传递,通过引入托架体系,将改造范围结构内力向两侧既有侧墙传递,能够有效解决该问题。
