The invention provides an automatic stack drainage system, and relates to the technical field of stack drainage. An automatic stack drainage system comprises a control unit and a drainage assembly. The drainage assembly comprises a plurality of drainage pipelines and a plurality of air inlet pipelines, and the drainage pipelines extend into the waste water wells in a one-to-one correspondence mode. A first flow sensor is arranged on any drainage pipeline and used for measuring the flow in the drainage pipeline. The first flow sensors are all connected with the control unit, a liquid level sensor is arranged in any observation well and used for detecting the liquid level height in the observation well, and the liquid level sensors are all connected with the control unit. The multiple air inlet pipelines extend into the waste water wells in a one-to-one correspondence mode, the ends, located in the waste water wells, of the air inlet pipelines extend into inlets of the drainage pipelines, the other ends of the air inlet pipelines are connected with the air compression assemblies, and the air compression assemblies are connected with the control unit. According to the invention, drainage control of a large-area pile body can be realized, and the purpose of refined and accurate drainage is achieved.
