The invention discloses a beam-column connecting structure of a modular steel structure building and a manufacturing method, the connecting structure is composed of a beam-column joint connecting piece and a beam-column module unit, the beam-column joint connecting piece comprises a bearing plate, the bearing plate is connected with a positioning steel plate with a cross-shaped cross section, and is provided with a cylindrical steel member; the positioning steel plate is connected with a T-shaped limiting steel plate; the beam column module unit is composed of a frame column and a frame beam, the frame column is a square tube steel structural member, a notch is formed in the middle of the end of the frame column, the frame beam is H-shaped steel, and a hole matched with the columnar steel structural member is formed in a flange of the frame beam; the notches of the frame columns are arranged on the limiting steel plates in a sleeved mode, the holes of the frame beams are arranged on the cylindrical steel members in a sleeved mode, and therefore one beam-column connecting joint can be connected with eight module units, namely the beam-column connecting structure of eight columns and sixteen beams is achieved. The method has the advantages of being high in assembling speed and environmentally friendly, can adapt to module assembling of various forms after being intercepted, and is high in applicability.
本发明公开了一种模块化钢结构建筑的梁柱连接结构及制作方法,连接结构由梁柱节点连接件和梁柱模块单元构成,所述梁柱节点连接件包括承载板,所述承载板连接横截面为十字形的定位钢板,并设置有柱形钢构件,所述定位钢板连接有T型限位钢板;所述梁柱模块单元由框架柱和框架梁构成,所述框架柱为方管钢结构件,其端部居中开设槽口,所述框架梁为H型钢,其翼缘上开设有与所述柱形钢构件相匹配孔洞;所述框架柱的槽口套装在所述限位钢板上,所述框架梁的孔洞套装于所述柱形钢构件,实现一个梁柱连接节点连接八个模块单元,即“八柱十六梁”的梁柱连接结构。本发明具有组装速率高、绿色环保的优点,经截取还可适应多种形式的模块组装,适用性强。
