Novel assembled T-shaped concrete filled steel tubular column
The invention relates to a novel fabricated T-shaped concrete filled steel tubular column, and relates to the technical field of constructional engineering. A T-shaped steel pipe of the novel assembled T-shaped concrete filled steel tubular column is formed by splicing three rectangular steel pipes (1) subjected to opening cutting, a steel plate (4) subjected to opening cutting and four metal bars (3); and the openings (5) of the rectangular steel pipes (1) and the steel plates (4) at the same height are staggered with the openings (5) of the adjacent plates, so that the steel pipes can be engaged and connected in a penetrating manner. And finally, concrete is poured into the steel pipes, and the assembled T-shaped steel pipe concrete column is formed. The T-shaped steel pipe column has the following advantages: 1) the T-shaped steel pipe column is formed in a standardized assembly mode, so that the processing efficiency is improved; connection and assembly are achieved through mutual meshing and penetrating between the opening portion of the steel pipe and the wall of the steel pipe, the welding procedure is reduced or avoided, the metal bars in the steel pipe have the fixing, connecting and stress effects, and the machining difficulty and cost are reduced.
本发明涉及一种新型装配化T形钢管混凝土柱,涉及建筑工程技术领域。本新型装配化T形钢管混凝土柱的T形钢管由3个经开口切割的矩形钢管(1)、1块经开口切割的钢板(4)和4根金属棒(3)拼装而成;矩形钢管(1)和钢板(4)在同一高度的开口(5)位置与相邻板件的开口(5)位置错开,以便于钢管间的咬合、贯穿连接。最后在钢管内部浇筑混凝土,形成装配化T形钢管混凝土柱。本发明具有以下优点:1)采用标准化的装配方式形成T形钢管柱,提高了加工效率;2)通过钢管开口部分和钢管壁间的相互咬合、贯穿,实现连接和装配,减少或者避免焊接工序;3)钢管内部的金属棒具有固定、连接和受力的作用,降低了加工的难度和成本。
