The invention discloses a sound-absorbing and heat-insulating hanging type wallboard structure and a construction method thereof, the structure comprises a masonry wall, the masonry wall comprises a plurality of sections of aerated block wall bodies and constructional columns connected to two adjacent sections of aerated block wall bodies, a plurality of concrete bearing blocks are embedded in the aerated block wall bodies, and anchoring parts are embedded in the concrete bearing blocks; the wall-attached frame comprises attached column pieces and a plurality of bearing beams, the attached column pieces are vertically installed on the outer portion of each constructional column, the bearing beams are connected to every two adjacent attached column pieces, and a plurality of installation spaces are defined by the attached column pieces and the bearing beams; the composite boards are embedded in the mounting space and comprise porous sound-absorbing panels, rock wool core boards and inner lining boards which are overlapped together, the inner lining boards are hung on the anchoring parts through adapters, buckle plates are formed on the sides, away from the aerated block wall body, of the supporting beams, and the upper sides and the lower sides of the buckle plates abut against the porous sound-absorbing panels of the two composite boards which are adjacent up and down correspondingly. The problems that a conventional sound absorption wall surface structure is large in steel consumption and poor in fireproof and heat preservation effect are solved.
