The invention relates to a height-adjustable movable overhanging operation platform which comprises a supporting main body and an overhanging platform arranged on the side face of the supporting main body, and supporting height adjusting devices opposite in direction are arranged above and below the supporting main body correspondingly. The supporting height adjusting device comprises an automatic adjusting mechanism arranged in the supporting body, a lifting table which is arranged on the supporting body in a sliding mode and is in transmission connection with the automatic adjusting mechanism, supporting legs arranged on the lifting table, and a landing piece arranged at the other ends of the supporting legs. According to the height-adjustable movable cantilever operation platform, the supporting height adjusting devices are arranged above and below the supporting main body, so that the overall height of the supporting main body is conveniently adjusted through the lower supporting height adjusting device, and meanwhile, the height, making contact with the top wall, of the upper supporting height adjusting device is conveniently adjusted according to the overall height; therefore, the supporting body is locked between the ground and the top wall, and the rack body is prevented from overturning.
