The invention relates to the technical field of metro platform screen doors, in particular to a double-door driving method for an air rail supporting type platform screen door, which comprises a first movable door, a second movable door, an upper guide rail, a lower guide rail and a driving device, when the door needs to be opened or closed, an air source is opened, compressed air is supplied to a hollow cavity, and the compressed air continuously flows out from a vent hole; upward supporting force is formed on the movable door; the driving device starts to act, the servo motor drives the lead screw to rotate, the lead screw drives the first driving sliding block and the second driving sliding block to get away from each other or get close to each other through the first threaded part and the second threaded part, and therefore the door opening or closing action is executed; afterwards, the driving device stops acting, and the air source is closed. Precise transmission can be achieved through the lead screw, the double-door linkage effect is integrated, driving parts and transmission parts are greatly reduced, the cost is greatly reduced while precise operation of the shielding door is guaranteed, and in the operation process of the shielding door, abrasion is greatly reduced through supporting of the gas rail, and the service life of the shielding door is prolonged.
本发明涉及地铁屏蔽门技术领域,尤其是一种气轨支撑式屏蔽门双门驱动方法,包含第一活动门、第二活动门、上导轨、下导轨及驱动装置,当要开门或关门时,气源开启,向中空腔体供压缩空气,压缩空气不断从通气孔流出,对活动门形成向上的支撑力;驱动装置开始动作,伺服电机驱动丝杠转动,丝杠通过第一螺纹部及第二螺纹部分别驱动第一驱动滑块、第二驱动滑块相互远离或靠近,从而执行开门或关门动作;之后,驱动装置停止动作,气源关闭。本发明既能利用丝杆实现精准传动,又集成双门联动的效果,大幅减少驱动部件及传动部件,保证屏蔽门运行精准的同时,大幅降低成本,在屏蔽门运行的过程中,依靠气轨支撑,大幅减少磨损,提高屏蔽门的使用寿命。
