Road roller heat dissipation system applicable to high-temperature environment
A road roller cooling system suitable for a high-temperature environment comprises a radiator, a fan, an air compressor, a vortex tube energy separator and an air flow mixing cover. The radiator is arranged in front of the engine; the fan is arranged between the engine and the radiator, fan blades of the fan are arranged in the radiator, and the fan blades and the radiator form a radiating function module of the road roller; an air outlet of the air compressor is communicated with an air inlet of the vortex tube energy separator through a pipeline; the cold air outlet end of the vortex tube energy separator is communicated with the air flow mixing cover through a pipeline; the air flow mixing cover is mounted on an air inlet of the radiator; and the air compressor, the vortex tube energy separator and the air flow mixing cover form an air inlet cooling module of the road roller. According to the road roller heat dissipation system provided by the invention, low-temperature air separated by the vortex tube energy separator is utilized to reduce the air inlet temperature of the radiator, a low-temperature environment is locally created, the heat dissipation efficiency of the heat dissipation system is improved, and the road roller can still work normally in a high-temperature environment.
