Provided are a wall member and a wall member construction structure which are suitable for achieving high water resistance in the wall member construction structure. A wall member (X) according to the present invention has a front surface-side joining section (10) and a rear surface-side joining section (20). A first resin film (31) is provided on at least one of an end surface (11a) of the front surface-side bonding portion (10) and an end surface (21) of the back surface-side bonding portion (20), and a second resin film (32) is provided on at least one of the protruding surface (11b) and the protruding surface (22b). The end surfaces (11a, 21) and the first resin film (31) are disposed at a connection site where the front surface-side connection section (10) of one wall member (X) and the back surface-side connection section (20) of the other wall member (X) are connected in the first direction (D1) such that at least the first resin film (31) fills between the end surfaces (11a, 21) and the end surfaces (11a, 21) face each other. The protruding surfaces (11b, 22b) and the second resin film (32) are disposed such that at least the second resin film (32) fills between the protruding surfaces (11b, 22b) and the protruding surfaces (11b, 22b) face each other. A wall member construction structure (Y) according to the present invention is formed using such a wall member (X).
