The invention discloses an intelligent epidemic prevention house which comprises a house body, a human body simulation scanning device, a spray head, a disinfectant storage and spray driving device and a spray head pressure control device. A closed disinfection room is formed in the house main body; the human body simulation scanning device is used for scanning personnel or articles entering the disinfection room and forming a 3D simulation model which is divided into regions by using different colors according to different scanned substances; the plurality of spray heads are arranged at different positions in a disinfection room and are used for spraying disinfectant to personnel or articles entering the disinfection room; the disinfectant storage and spray driving device pressurizes the disinfectant stored in the disinfectant storage and spray driving device and then conveys the disinfectant to the spray head; the sprayer pressure control device applies matched pressure to the sprayers at different positions according to the color areas divided on the 3D simulation model so as to change the spraying shape of the sprayers, so that the disinfectant avoids the exposed skin area of the human body, and corrosion damage to the skin of people is avoided.
