Environment-friendly port channel siltation prevention device and working method thereof
The invention provides an environment-friendly port channel siltation prevention device which comprises a concrete foundation pile, a plurality of vertical tire columns composed of tires which are sequentially stacked from top to bottom are installed on the concrete foundation pile, a horizontal sand separation barrel is connected to the side of the concrete foundation pile through a cable chain, and the sand separation barrel is a cylindrical shell. One end of the sand separation barrel is connected with the concrete foundation pile through a chain, and the end face of the end, close to the concrete foundation pile, of the sand separation barrel and the side, close to the water surface, of the circumferential outer wall of the sand separation barrel are not closed. A vortex flow field is formed behind the tire columns to scour the seabed so as to prevent siltation, the concrete foundation provides stability for the whole device, the sand separation barrel prevents or weakens formation of a sand ridge between the two columns, and meanwhile, under the action of navigation channel ship traveling waves and propeller wake flow, the sand ridge can be effectively separated. An unexpected effect can be achieved in the aspect of preventing or weakening deposition of the channel harbor basin; when double columns are arranged in series, the arrangement line arranged along the device is equal to a washing line, the effect of preventing silting is achieved, and the device has the advantages of being safe, environmentally friendly, green, ecological, simple in structure, easy to install, convenient to construct and the like.
本发明提供了一种环保的港口航道防淤积装置,包括混凝土基桩,所述混凝土基桩上安装有若干由上至下依次堆叠的轮胎组成的竖直的轮胎柱,所述混凝土基桩旁侧通过索链连接有水平的分沙筒,所述分沙筒为圆柱形壳体,所述分沙通的一端通过索链与混凝土基桩连接,所述分沙筒靠近混凝土基桩一端的端面与分沙筒圆周外壁靠近水面侧不封闭。本发明通过轮胎柱在后方形成漩涡流场冲刷海底防止淤积,混凝土基础为整个装置提供稳定性,分沙筒防止或减弱两个柱子之间沙脊的形成,同时,在航道船只船行波及螺旋桨尾流的作用下,能够在防止或减弱航道港池的淤积方面具有意想不到的效果;采用本装置双柱串列时,沿着装置布置的排列线等同于一条冲刷线,起到防止淤积的作用,具有安全环保、绿色生态、结构简单、易于安装、施工方便等优点。
