Gas exchange between the cold end and the hot end of the semiconductor chilling plate is isolated; a first drainage groove used for receiving liquid drops condensed at the cold end is formed in the position, corresponding to the cold end, of the connecting plate, a water storage groove is further formed in the connecting plate, and the first drainage groove is communicated with the water storage groove and used for leading the liquid drops into the water storage groove. The temperature suitable for plant growth can be provided, and meanwhile water vapor can be recycled and used for supplying water to plants.
