Through layer-by-layer detection of each stage in the construction process of the bridge deck prefabricated slab and improvement of a vibrating technology and a concrete curing method in the concrete pouring process, the situations of cracking and the like of the bridge deck prefabricated slab are avoided.
本发明公开了一种桥面预制板施工工艺，包括以下步骤:模板模具制作阶段、钢筋施工阶段、混凝土浇筑阶段、混凝土养护阶段、拆模阶段和预制板安装阶段。通过对桥面预制板施工过程每一个阶段层层检测，并且对混凝土浇筑过程中振捣技术，混凝土养护方法进行了改进，避免了桥面预制板出现开裂等情况的发生。
