The invention relates to a low-temperature sintered carbon composite ceramic linear resistor and a preparation method thereof. The linear resistor comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight: 40-60 parts of bauxite, 10-20 parts of feldspar powder, 1-10 parts of quartz, 5-15 parts of kaolin, 0.5-2 parts of ferric oxide, 5-15 parts of graphite, 0.1-1.5 parts of an adhesive and 0.1-1.5 parts of a dispersing agent. Compared with the prior art, the manufacturing method of the carbon composite ceramic linear resistor has the advantages of simple process flow, low equipment cost, easily available raw materials, effective reduction of the sintering temperature, high voltage resistance, wide resistance value range of the manufactured resistor, high stability and the like.
