The invention provides a piezoelectric ceramic material with high sensitivity and high Curie temperature and a preparation method thereof. The piezoelectric ceramic material is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 68%-70% of Pb304, 18%-20% of Zr02, 10%-12% of TiO2, 0.3%-0.65% of Nb205 and 0.35%-0.70% of Sb203, and the sum of the components is 100%. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing, pre-sintering, granulating, forming, removing plastic, sintering, silvering, polarizing and measuring. By introducing a proper amount of Nb205 and Sb203 components, a proper component ratio and the like into PZT, the requirements of improving the sensitivity and Curie temperature of piezoelectric ceramics are met, and the material shows a good application prospect in the aspect of underwater acoustic receiving transducers.
本发明提供了一种高灵敏度高居里温度压电陶瓷材料及其制备方法,包括以下重量百分比的原料:Pb304 68%~70%、Zr02 18%‑20%、Ti02 10%‑12%、Nb2050.3%‑0.65%、Sb203 0.35%‑0.70%,各组分总和100%。经混料、预烧、造粒、成型及排塑、烧结、被银、极化、测量制备而成。本发明通过在PZT中引入适量的Nb205及Sb203组分、合适的组分比等,实现了提高压电陶瓷的灵敏度和居里温度的需求,该材料在水声接收型换能器方面显示出良好的应用前景。
